Terms and Conditions for the Automotive Insight External EV Charging Station with Dedicated Parking Bay:

1. Availability and Usage: (a). The external EV charging station and dedicated parking bay are provided for the exclusive use of customers visiting Automotive Insight workshop. (b). The charging station may not be available during the trading hours of the Automotive Insight premises.
2. Charging Time Limit: (a). The maximum charging time allowed at the charging station is 1 hour per vehicle. b. The vehicle owner is responsible for promptly moving their vehicle from the charging bay once the charging session is complete to allow other customers to utilize the facility.
3. Eligibility: (a). Only electric vehicles (EVs) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) are permitted to use the charging station. (b). The vehicle must be parked within the designated parking bay while utilizing the charging station.
4. Charging Station Usage: (a). The charging station is to be used solely for the purpose of charging electric vehicles. (b). The charging station is prohibited for use in any commercial or non-vehicle-related activities.
5. Liability and Responsibility: (a). Automotive Insight is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur to the vehicles, charging equipment, or any personal property during the use of the charging station. (b). Vehicle owners are solely responsible for their vehicle’s safety and security while parked in the dedicated charging bay.
6. Proper Usage and Etiquette: (a). Users of the charging station must follow all posted instructions and guidelines. (b). It is expected that users will park their vehicles properly within the designated parking bay and not cause any obstruction to other vehicles or pedestrian access.
7. Charges and Fees: (a). The Automotive Insight reserves the right to impose reasonable charges or fees for the use of the charging station. (b). Any charges or fees will be clearly communicated and displayed at the charging station or through other appropriate means.
8. Termination or Modification: (a) Automotive Insight reserves the right to terminate or modify the charging station’s availability, usage, or terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Users of the charging station must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements related to electric vehicle charging.
10. Reservation of Rights: The Automotive Insight reserves all rights not expressly granted in these terms and conditions.

By using Automotive Insight’s external EV charging station and dedicated parking bay, users acknowledge their acceptance and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions. Automotive Insight reserves the right to take appropriate action, including towing or imposing penalties, for non-compliance with these terms and conditions or misuse of the charging station facilities.
