What logbook servicing covers
Everything the manufacturer requires. And nothing you don't.
We follow your manufacturer's service schedule exactly - same intervals, same checks, same items replaced. Under Australian Consumer Law, the ACCC has been clear that manufacturers can't force you to use an authorised dealer for routine servicing as a condition of your warranty. You're free to choose any licensed repairer, and your warranty stays intact.
- Engine oil and filter replaced to manufacturer specification
- All fluid levels checked and topped up (brake, coolant, power steering, washer)
- Air filter, cabin filter, and fuel filter replaced per schedule
- Tyre condition, pressure, and tread depth inspected
- Brake pad and rotor condition assessed
- Logbook signed, dated, and stamped at our workshop
Your warranty is protected
No dealer required. That's the law.
It's a common myth that skipping the dealership voids your new-car warranty - it doesn't, provided your servicing is done to schedule with quality parts and properly recorded. That's exactly what happens here: OEM or approved-equivalent parts, every service written up and kept on file. You leave with a fully stamped logbook and a copy of the service record for your own paperwork.
No second tier
European, Asian, hybrid - same logbook, same standard.
A European marque on a manufacturer-specified interval, a Toyota due for its scheduled stamp: the process doesn't change. We follow the schedule, use the right parts, and record everything. If we find something outside the scheduled service while we're in there, we'll tell you and give you a written estimate before touching it - the logbook stamp doesn't come with a surprise bill attached.
